I’m Jeremy Lehman, a 2nd-generation Realtor servicing Orange County, with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in residential home sales, short sales/pre-foreclosures, and first-time buyers. My skills include sales, marketing, business management, and technology – a perfect fit for today’s real estate market. I take great pride in updating my skills and market knowledge so that I can be the best resource for my clients. I’m actively involved in the leadership of my industry serving on the Board of Directors for both my local and state associations.
Professional
I believe today’s real estate market requires local market expertise, high quality service, and tech savvy. In order to properly service a home buyer and/or seller, I need to know all the details of a given area. Since my clients are counting on my expertise, I consider it my responsibility to know what is happening in the market, including new homes on the market, price reductions, and pending offers. I spend time daily researching the market and previewing homes.
Service
Providing first-rate service to my clients is always my top priority. I use the best of today’s technology allowing me to do my job virtually anywhere and allows me to respond to all requests immediately. Also, I’ve built a team consisting of a lender to pre-qualify buyers, short sale negotiator to work directly with the banks on our short sale listings, an escrow officer to keep us on track with our files, and a professional photographer/videographer to make our listings look their best. Together, their efforts allow me to dedicate more time to what I do best – prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other top agents, negotiating contracts, and marketing your home.
Commitment
As a Realtor, I have a written contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, “good faith”, “diligent effort”, “looking out for the best interests of the client” etc. I want you to know that I take this very seriously. As a client, you will be treated and serviced the same way I expect to be treated, with the highest level of customer service and integrity. All the marketing, pricing strategy, networking, and ultimate sale of each home is my responsibility. I work around the clock to make sure all aspects of every transaction are taken care of. Simply stated, I work daily to make sure my clients are getting the highest level of service and I am always striving to improve.
My Team
When you work with me, you also get the expertise of my entire team, while I coordinate the entire transaction from pre-listing activities, marketing, and the transaction process. My team is skilled in all types of residential transactions including short sale and foreclosures, condominium and planned development sales, luxury listings, standard sales, and rentals or lease.
